Oh, how my blog has suffered!

Summer has always been my favorite season, but something happened 6 weeks ago to make THIS summer exceptional. Ah, yes, the much anticipated arrival of Jay Michael. As you can see from this photo, I've had something other than this blog on my mind.

Hopefully my readers haven't abandoned me completely just yet. Now that cooler weather is around the corner, I fully intend to park my nose firmly inside a good book once again. In the meantime, I ask your forgiveness for my lack of attention and thank you for your patience.
