The Amateur (Edward Klein)

Oh, election year.  Again.  One of the most impassioned rites of passage in our country.  Few elections have been more brutual than the one at hand.

One of my fellow NATP classmates, a young Republican, recommended this reading and emphasized the importance of sneaking a peak pre-election.

No huge revelations, if you follow politics.  Much of what is contained in The Amateur has previously been reported in various media sites.  To see it outlined in chronological fashion, however, is a bit revealing.

I've no doubt there are as many pro-Obama/anti-Romney writings on the market as there are pro-Romney/anti-Obama ones.  Regardless of your affiliation or political leanings, the message I want to impart is simple:

Educate yourself.  Then, V O T E.

Cast your vote as you see fit.  It's your American right.  It's your privilege and your responsibility as an American citizen.
